Julia leaves the programme after 5 years with the NVN
Julia Chance who has worked for the NVN since 2005 when it was run by Advantage West Midlands is leaving the programme to take up the role of BID Manager for Birmingham’s Southside Quarter.
Julia said “I was very reluctant to leave as I adore my job and am passionate about growing the NVN and serving its members, however the opportunity to be instrumental in the development of my home city was too much to resist. I’d like to extend my profound thanks to all of our members who have supported and helped me in my role as Programme Manager, I’d also like to thank the 9 projects including all the collaborative partners for working so well with me during the first 3 years of the programme. I leave my post on May 2nd and wish the network all the best in the future”.
Graham Shemeld, Operations Director for Cenex said “ Julia was an asset to Cenex and a pleasure to work with. She is someone who can always be relied upon to “get the job done” with the minimum of fuss, on time and to budget – something which she prides herself on. Of course she will be a loss to Cenex but I would wish her well and expect her to succeed in her new role for Birmingham Southside.”.
Julia’s role for the remainder of the project (until March 2012) will be filled by Dr Viv Stephens (Cenex Associate) plus the Cenex programme team, enquiries on the website should be directed to info@cenex.co.uk whilst programme enquiries should be sent to viv.stephens@cenex.co.uk
